Delete your ClientFlow account
Last updated 10 Oct 2026
ClientFlow is an invoicing app run by GeniusNet AI Technologies. This page says how to delete your account, what is deleted, what is not, and how long it takes.
If you can sign in
- Open ClientFlow and go to Settings, then Data.
- Download your data first if you want a copy. It is one file.
- Choose Close your account and confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google, you confirm with Google instead.
Your account closes at once and you are signed out on every device. It is deleted for good after 30 days.
If you cannot sign in
Try "Forgot your password?" on the sign in screen first. If you still cannot get in, write to Contact@geniusnet.ai from the email address on the account. We close it for you, and the link to keep it is sent to that address.
What happens in the first 30 days
A closed account cannot be used, and nothing in it is visible to anyone. We email the account a link that reopens it, and you can ask for a new one at any time before the deletion day from the sign in screen, under the form. If you reopen it, nothing is lost. If you do not, it is deleted on the day the email gives.
What is deleted
- Your business details and logo.
- Your customers, invoices, payments and their history.
- The PDF and image of every invoice ClientFlow stored.
- Your conversations with the assistant and the record of what it did.
- Your sign in details.
Once it is deleted, none of this can be recovered, by you or by us.
What is not deleted
- Invoices your customers already hold. You shared a file with them, and it is theirs to keep.
- The records our email provider keeps of messages it delivered for ClientFlow, which follow its own schedule.
- Our database backups, which are overwritten as they expire and are not restored except after a fault.
- A record that an account was deleted, and when, with the number of things it held and no name or address. And the log of any time an operator opened an account to give support, which is kept as a security record and names the address it happened on.
The privacy policy says the rest, including who else handles your information. Read it under Privacy policy, or write to Contact@geniusnet.ai with any question.
