ClientFlow helps you make invoices, send them to your customers and keep track of what you are paid. It records payments you tell it about. It does not take, hold or move money, and it is not a party to anything between you and your customers.

• You must be 18 or over to open an account.
• Give your real name and an email address you use, and keep your details up to date.
• Keep your password, or the Google account you sign in with, to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has got into it.

What you put into ClientFlow stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run ClientFlow for you, as the privacy policy describes.

Your customers' details are information about other people. You are responsible for having their permission, or another lawful reason, to keep them and to send them invoices.

ClientFlow works out totals, tax and balances from what you enter, and it takes care to get them right. You are still responsible for what your invoices say: the amounts, the tax rate, the payment instructions and anything you tell your customers. Check an invoice before you send it.

• The assistant uses AI, so it can get things wrong. It proposes each change on a card, and nothing is saved until you tap to confirm it. Check the card before you do.
• It has limits on how much it can be used each day and each month, the same for every account. When a limit is reached it stops until the next day or month.
• It may be switched off or changed at any time, and ClientFlow works without it.

• Use ClientFlow for fraud, or send invoices for money nobody owes you.
• Send invoices or emails to people who have not dealt with you.
• Break the law, or anyone else's rights, with anything you put into ClientFlow.
• Try to get into another account, test ClientFlow's security without our written permission, or overload it on purpose.

ClientFlow is free to use today. If paid plans are introduced, their prices are shown before anything is charged, you are never charged without choosing a plan yourself, and any change that would cost an existing account money is announced at least 30 days before it applies.

We work to keep ClientFlow running and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copy of anything important: Settings, Data downloads everything in your account as one file.

You can close your account at any time from Settings, Data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. When an account is closed it can be reopened for 30 days, and then its information is deleted.

ClientFlow is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, GeniusNet AI Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, or for anything that happens between you and your customers. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and a change that matters to you is announced in the app or by email before it applies. Using ClientFlow after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Lagos State.
